Process Technician

We are seeking a skilled Process Technician to support our complex program launches and improve production efficiency in our injection molding facility.
This role is ideal for individuals with extensive process engineering experience in the plastics industry, particularly in troubleshooting injection molding equipment and mold set-ups.
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for maximizing uptime on all machine centers, responding to alarms, and ensuring machines and robots are running at optimum efficiency.
You will also be responsible for troubleshooting machine, mold, and material issues, making necessary adjustments to prevent part defects, and responding to Quality and Operator issues.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the accurate completion of Process Verification and Master Set-up Sheets, ensuring proper care of all equipment, and driving the reduction of scrap through elimination of mold conditions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in plastics and injection molding
- Experience in troubleshooting injection molding equipment and mold set-ups
- Knowledge of plant machinery, electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and lift up to 50lbs
