We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Specialist to join our team at the Children's Recovery Center of Oklahoma, serving all 77 counties in Oklahoma. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in promoting healthy communities and providing high-quality care to enhance the well-being of Oklahomans.

About the Position:

This is a full-time position working on evening shifts (2:30pm - 11pm). The Annual Salary is $35,547.20 ($17.09/hr), plus shift differentials when working evenings, nights, and weekends. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct groups with consumers on various recovery topics and document the group accurately.
  • Routinely conduct peer reviews regarding the quality of group notes.
  • Be a consistent and positive role model for the consumers entrusted to our care.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree OR an equivalent combination of education and experience substituting two years of relevant experience for the required education.
