About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Service Specialist to join our team at RSM Global. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to client engagement teams, including planning and engagement management for medium to large-sized engagements.
  • Collaborate with engagement teams to develop key milestones, schedules, and timelines, and execute on the plan.
  • Identify and compile documents needed, and follow up on open items to ensure timely completion.
  • Execute client communications and participate in key client meetings as needed.
  • Manage time effectively across multiple projects and leverage other Client Service or Enterprise Support Services resources as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in client service and administrative functions, with a strong understanding of engagement management capabilities and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain up-to-date and complete knowledge of all aspects of the firm's engagement management capabilities and software applications.
