Role Summary: As a Front End Supervisor at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front-end department, including cash handling, receiving, and stocking. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervises and trains a team of associates to ensure they meet sales and customer service goals
  • Monitors and controls inventory levels, ordering stock as needed, and ensures accurate pricing and labeling
  • Resolves customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have 6 months of retail experience, including operating front-end equipment, and 6 months of customer service experience. You must also be at least 18 years old.

Compensation: The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00, with additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
