Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated nocturnist to join our hospital medicine service at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat medical conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, adhering to coding and billing regulations.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with medical advancements and engage in ongoing education and training to enhance professional growth.
Requirements
  • A valid and unrestricted California medical license.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA).
  • Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program.
