Key Responsibilities- Monitor and ensure that patient care plans are being followed by clinical staff under your supervision.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of certified nurse aides and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the health care team, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
- Collaborate with other health care professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current licensure as a Practical Nurse in New York State.
- At least 1 year of experience in a health care setting.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
