As a key collaborator with our VP Group Account Director, you will assume a prominent leadership role within our Client Service team. Your mission is to drive the understanding of our clients' intricate marketing needs, identify untapped business opportunities, and spearhead innovative solutions that propel them toward success.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing overall portfolio/group of accounts, driving overall client success, and developing and managing a team of high-performing client service professionals. You will also have strong financial acumen, including forecasting and budget/staff planning, and be able to manage project execution to ensure processes are being followed and that projects comply with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of client service experience in the advertising industry, 5+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising experience, and be comfortable managing $8-12M+ in scope of business. They will also have experience working with multiple clients and brands or managing one large piece of business, building relationships with multiple clients at the Director/Sr. Director level, and proven ability to grow client business.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Salary Range:

$146,000 - $243,000 per year
