Job Summary:

Ascension is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our medical office staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support to patients and customers, ensuring a positive experience in our healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete medical record release requests and schedule/confirm patient appointments
  • Collect co-payments and reconcile all daily reports and deposits for accuracy
  • Provide general office and clerical support to assigned area
