Job Description:

We are seeking a Logistics Associate - Hub Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for transporting merchandise between Hibbett locations while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining the integrity of our products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license
  • 3 years of experience driving
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Able to lift 30 pounds
  • Proficient in GPS and time clock technology
  • Pass a background check
  • Maintain insurability through Hibbett's insurance vendor

Responsibilities:

  1. Adhere to delivery schedules
  2. Complete shipment logs at every location
  3. Loading, securing, and protecting product in delivery vehicle
  4. Documenting all vehicle movement on daily route sheets
  5. Offloading merchandise in a secure and safe manner
  6. Maintaining routine vehicle inspections and service
  7. Keeping vehicles clean and orderly
  8. Adhering to state and federal break requirements

No Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role does not involve supervising others.
