Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough UAS assessments for patients in their homes
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Provide expert nursing care and education to patients and their families
Requirements:
• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience
• BCLS, ACLS, NRP, & PALS certification according to the specialty assigned
