**Job Description:**

  We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Connect Tech+Talent in Mechanicsville, VA. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for configuring and administering various software systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

  As an ideal candidate, you have extensive experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst or Applications Analyst with a proven track record of managing COTS product administration. Your expertise in Atlassian JIRA (Jira Service Management, Atlassian Access) is highly desirable. Additionally, you possess excellent problem-solving skills, can learn new products quickly, and work independently with minimal supervision.

  In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to identify configuration-based enhancements and implement solutions that meet industry best practices. You will also troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues, collaborate with vendors to resolve complex problems, and develop detailed business and system documentation.
