Safety Manager

Bauer Underground, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified Safety Manager to lead our company's safety program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, with a focus on construction safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with operations teams to develop and implement safety training programs.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of safety data, including OSHA 300 logs and incident reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay up-to-date on safety best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety, with a focus on occupational health and safety.
- OSHA 30-hour construction training and OSHA 500 Authorized Trainer certification preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- At least one of the following certifications: CSP/ASP/CHST.
