About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist V to join our team at Camp Mabry. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our grounds and buildings.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and building maintenance, with experience working with Microsoft Office software. You will be responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair work, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks. Additionally, you will oversee groundskeeping work, such as mowing, tree trimming, and fertilizing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair buildings, utility systems, and stationary equipment
  • Operate motorized equipment and hand tools
  • Requisition material and supplies
  • Maintain records and perform inspections
  • Oversee groundskeeping work and repairs
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Four years of experience in construction management or building maintenance and repair work
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office software
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 125 pounds and work in inclement weather conditions
