Job Title: Lead Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team at Clear Choice Custom Decks. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for leading a team of carpenters and overseeing the construction of high-quality decks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of carpenters and ensure the successful completion of projects
  • Oversee the construction of decks, including framing, finishing, and installation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality work
  • Provide training and guidance to junior carpenters
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on deck building
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to commute to job sites
