Job Summary

Hallcon is seeking a skilled Van Driver to join our team. As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for safely and reliably transporting railroad crews to assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Safely transport railroad crews to assigned locations, adhering to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Navigation: Utilize navigation tools effectively to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate and write in English to effectively interact with railroad crews and Hallcon staff.
  • Availability: On-call position requiring 5 days of on-call availability and 2 days off.
Requirements:
  • Age: Minimum age of 21.
  • Driver's License: Current valid state-issued driver's license.
  • Location: Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location.
  • Criminal Background Check: Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Benefits:
  • Pay Rate: $19.06 per hour for On-Call drivers.
  • Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits, 401k, Holiday Pay (available after 3 months), Paid Training.
