Mindful Communication Specialist

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with ProCare Therapy, you will be responsible for conducting virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing personalized therapy plans for students, and collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible.
- Conduct virtual assessments: Evaluate students' communication skills and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop therapy plans: Create customized plans to address students' specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate with teams: Work with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective care.
- Monitor progress: Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide guidance: Offer support and guidance to families and caregivers to help them understand and implement therapy plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a current license to practice in Virginia, and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders. Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus, as is strong communication and interpersonal skills.
