Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Charge Registered Nurse to join our team at Northwest Medical Center - Bentonville. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital unit.

About the Role:

  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with physicians to ensure timely and effective treatment.
  • Supervise and direct licensed and non-licensed caregivers to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of excellence and safety within the hospital unit.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and reduce errors.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise as a registered nurse with a strong background in leadership and supervision.
  • Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Current certification as a registered nurse in the state of Arkansas.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
