Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and qualifying target accounts to secure meetings
  • Leveraging training and resources to become an expert on Zuma's platform and industry
  • Identifying and reaching out to key decision-makers within target accounts
  • Strategically coordinating outbound activities to create high-value opportunities
  • Managing and overcoming prospect objections to secure agreements
  • Consistently achieving monthly qualified opportunity quotas to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the multifamily industry
  • Experience engaging with Sr. level leaders within an organization
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable sales goals in a sales environment
  • Competitive, agile, ambitious, and determined individual with excellent phone skills
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools and experience with email and social media
