Regional Account Director

Zuma is a cutting-edge startup revolutionizing the way businesses interact with consumers through AI-powered sales agents. As a Regional Account Director, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the multifamily industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and qualifying target accounts to secure meetings
- Leveraging training and resources to become an expert on Zuma's platform and industry
- Identifying and reaching out to key decision-makers within target accounts
- Strategically coordinating outbound activities to create high-value opportunities
- Managing and overcoming prospect objections to secure agreements
- Consistently achieving monthly qualified opportunity quotas to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the multifamily industry
- Experience engaging with Sr. level leaders within an organization
- Proven track record of achieving measurable sales goals in a sales environment
- Competitive, agile, ambitious, and determined individual with excellent phone skills
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools and experience with email and social media
