Student Affairs Director

Ventura County Community College District seeks an experienced Student Affairs Director to lead the development and implementation of student programs and services. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree and one year of formal training, internship, or leadership experience reasonably related to the administrator's administrative assignment.
About the Role:
- Develop and direct student counseling services.
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and development of classified and academic personnel within the unit.
- Direct and implement sound fiscal planning in the development and management of the unit budget.
- Promote and participate in the application of computer technology to diversion programs and activities.
- Serve on management councils and other college and district committees.

Benefits:
- $150,009.96 to $201,021.00 salary range with a doctorate add $6,447.53 a year.

- 12 calendar months work year with 20 vacation days per year, two floating holidays, and three days off during the winter break.
