The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to partner with our business leaders and drive strategic initiatives that impact organizational effectiveness. You will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies, leading HR projects, and providing counsel to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partners with business leaders to develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the company's vision and goals
  • Leads HR projects, including talent management, succession planning, compensation planning, and employee relations
  • Analyzes data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving employee retention and engagement
  • Develops and implements process improvements to streamline HR operations
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on US Federal and State labor laws and government requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business-related field
  • 10+ years of experience in human resources, including HRIS, compensation, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and succession planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
