Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team at EquipmentShare. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our existing customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and construction company principals
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Drive revenue growth through sales and customer retention
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in heavy construction equipment or a related industry
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay up-to-date on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven with a team-oriented approach
