Job Title: Team Lead

At Urban Sun Tan, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the salon's leadership team in completing weekly tasks, driving sales, and growing and coaching team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direction and guidance to team members
  • Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of team members
  • Organizing tasks and setting goals
  • Upholding the vision of the group
  • Solving problems and resolving conflicts

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
