Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team as a Supervisor/Lead. This role will provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring that we deliver exceptional patient care and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff, ensuring that they have the resources and expertise needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Mentor and educate nursing staff on best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency department nursing, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, with a focus on emergency department nursing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
