Leadership Opportunity at Fleet One Rental and Leasing
As a General Manager at Fleet One Rental and Leasing, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned region team, leading Directors and/or Vice Presidents of Sales, Operations, and Rental. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, performance management, and terminations. Additionally, you will lead all personnel in implementing programs to increase profitability, creating objectives for each team member, and developing staff for potential promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of the day-to-day operation of the assigned region team.
• Lead all personnel in implementing programs to increase profitability and create objectives for each team member to be measured against success.
• Develop staff for potential promotions and build region's annual business plan with FP&A team's support.
• Maintain a contingency plan with triggers and actions for material changes in the market.
• Present monthly financials and key metric results to corporate leaders and fellow General Managers as needed.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated previous sales experience in the heavy-duty truck industry.
• Proven leadership skills and heavy equipment marketing and sales experience.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in truck rental and leasing or relevant industries.
• Strong presentation skills and high ethical standards.
