Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Floorcovering Management and Sales Professional to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our floorcovering division, you will be responsible for managing and selling floorcovering products to commercial consumers, including large property management companies, builders, and renovation contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a multi-million-dollar business, providing leadership and insight into the development and strategy of the facility.
  • Partner with facility leadership, sales, and regional management to drive sales growth and optimize profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with wholesale and retail customers to increase market share.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
  • Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position.
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role, supervising others, or leading teams.
  • Previous experience working in a team-oriented setting, including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.
