Floorcovering Management and Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Floorcovering Management and Sales Professional to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our floorcovering division, you will be responsible for managing and selling floorcovering products to commercial consumers, including large property management companies, builders, and renovation contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a multi-million-dollar business, providing leadership and insight into the development and strategy of the facility.
- Partner with facility leadership, sales, and regional management to drive sales growth and optimize profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesale and retail customers to increase market share.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.
- Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position.
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role, supervising others, or leading teams.
- Previous experience working in a team-oriented setting, including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.
