Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Dakota Supply Group in Mitchell, SD.

A typical day for a Logistics Coordinator involves:

  • Picking and Packing: Accurately selecting and preparing orders for delivery
  • Forklift Operation: Safely operating gas and electric forklifts to move products around the warehouse
  • Maintenance and Repair: Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels to ensure timely delivery
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by communicating with customers and resolving any issues promptly

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic Product Knowledge: Familiarity with product types and handling procedures
  • Safety Training: Certification in material handling and forklift operation
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately select and prepare orders
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
