Per Diem Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team in Marinette, Wisconsin.
This is a float position, which means you will be working with various patient populations across different locations. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, creating personalized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal recovery and function.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from infants to geriatric clients, and address various conditions such as musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary issues.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' physical abilities through comprehensive assessments, including musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions, taking into account patients' unique needs, goals, and preferences.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including documentation of treatments, outcomes, and any changes to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and research findings to maintain expertise and enhance patient outcomes.
- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull with 30 lbs. of force, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
