Job Description

HiFyve is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance mechanics in Rolla, MO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance mechanics.
  • Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical repairs as necessary.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot automated equipment.
  • Implement preventive maintenance plans using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Handle emergencies promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong background in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical repairs.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance planning and CMMS utilization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility with working hours to provide coverage as needed.
  • Availability for on-call duty to address emergencies.
