Rheumatology Physician Opportunity in Indianapolis with Loan Repayment

The Department of Veteran Affairs is seeking a skilled Rheumatologist to provide high-quality care to our nation's heroes.
As a Rheumatologist with our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a primarily outpatient setting, with a diverse case load and the chance to teach residents.

- Typical shift M-F, 8:00am-5pm (part-time options may be available)
- Up to $200K in loan repayment opportunity available
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree
- BE/BC Rheumatology
- Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME). In addition, there is an opportunity for Paid Parental Leave
Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA
Insurance: Federal health/vision/dental/term life (many federal insurance programs can be carried into retirement)
CME: Possible $1,000 per year reimbursement (must be full-time with board certification)
