About the Role

At WCG, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our software testing efforts and ensure the quality of our applications and client initiatives. This role is responsible for implementing testing procedures, creating software test packages, and executing tests to ensure compliance with WCG guidelines and regulations.

  • Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality software products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce testing time
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual and automated testing
  • Experience with DevSecOps orchestration tools, such as Jenkins and Octopus Deploy
  • Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery concepts
