Job Summary:

Maintains and performs all warranty functions relative to writing claims, reports, and discounts with little supervision on all machines and parts serviced by Stowers Machinery Corporation.


Responsibilities:
Follows directions accurately and performs tasks in an efficient time while working with little or no supervision.
Work performed is mistake and error-free.
Accepts responsibility for own work and understands the impact of this work on the company.

Reviews status of all claims and keeps supervisor aware of all claims that have grieved and that are outside the "Claim Percentage Recovery" anticipated with little or no supervision.


Key Skills:
Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills required. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a physical exam and drug screening test.
