Aerial Foreman

Industrial Staffing Inc is seeking an experienced Aerial Foreman to manage project progress, oversee crew quality and safety, and ensure timely completion of assigned projects. This full-time role involves 50% travel throughout the North West.

• Accountable for project safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Responsible for resource allocation and ensuring proper expertise and tools for project execution.
• Main point of contact between Project Manager and crew members.
• Manage 3-5 crew members on a day-to-day basis.
• Report project status and performance data to management.
• Inspect completed work to ensure company/customer standards.
• Prepare closeout documentation for each project phase.
• Efficiently plan and schedule work activities.
• Utilize crew members and equipment assigned.
• Meet scheduled completion dates.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications construction and fiber installation.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• Valid CDL Class A driver's license.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
