Senior Palliative Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Palliative Care Specialist to join our team at Four Seasons, The Care You Trust. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care consultation and treatment to individuals with serious illnesses.

About the Role

This is a full-time hourly position with varied daytime hours, located in Pardee and Advent Hospitals. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct client care consultations, including participation in patient and family counseling, and management of symptoms related to life-limiting conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Take clinical call for palliative care clients and create and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for staff members, healthcare providers, and patients.
Requirements
  • Master's degree and clinical rotation, preferred.
  • 2 years of post-education experience required, with a focus on palliative care preferred.
  • Current NP or PA Board Approved Certification, NC Medical License, DEA Registration, and eligibility for medical staff appointment.
