About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Northeast Family Services.

Job Summary

The Senior Clinical Team Leader will be responsible for supervising clinicians and case managers, ensuring timely documentation of supervision, and attending treatment or community meetings as needed.

This role requires a master's degree in social work, counseling, or psychology, with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a related field. Additionally, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation are required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise clinicians and assigned case managers
  • Ensure timely documentation of supervision
  • Attend treatment or community meetings as needed
  • Review and evaluate staff performance in collaboration with the Program Director
  • Provide Performance Improvement Plans when necessary
  • Implement in-home treatment plans, assessments, and interventions
  • Outreach to local area DCYF and JJ offices to build referral relationships

Estimated Salary

$1500 STAY-ON BONUS plus competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
