Automotive Detailer

Job Summary

The Automotive Detailer / Paint Prep cleans and refurbishes new and used automobiles for the Collision Center. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Clean and prepare vehicle exteriors using various cleaning solutions and equipment.
• Apply protective coatings and waxes to auto bodies to preserve their shine and protect against the elements.
• Inspect and clean interior components, including upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, to ensure a clean and comfortable driving experience.
• Use specialized cleaning agents and equipment to remove grease and grime from engines and engine compartments.
• Apply touch-up paints and dyes to restore color and condition to damaged or faded surfaces.
• Collaborate with technicians to maintain a clean and organized service department.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.
• Professional appearance and work ethic are essential.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license.
