We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Off-Premise Beverage Sales & Merchandising Representative to be the face of Spring Break Hard Seltzer in New York's dynamic retail and hospitality sector.

Job Overview
  • This role involves selling, delivering, and merchandising our products at various retail accounts throughout your territory, helping to increase Spring Break's visibility and drive sales in New York's vibrant cocktail market.

In this position, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing off-premise accounts while actively identifying and pursuing new accounts to expand distribution within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing off-premise accounts while actively identifying and pursuing new accounts to expand distribution within your assigned territory.
  • Execute Weekly Account Visits: Establish and maintain a regular schedule of store visits to ensure that our products are well-stocked, strategically placed, and prominently displayed.
  • Deliver and Merchandise Products: Deliver Spring Break's ready-to-drink cocktails directly to retail locations, merchandising the products in a way that maximizes shelf appeal and encourages consumer engagement.
  • Promote Brand Presence: Represent Spring Break Hard Seltzer professionally and enthusiastically, educating store managers and staff about our products and establishing a reputation for high-quality service.
  • Manage POS Displays: Implement and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials in each account, ensuring that branded displays and signage are visible and effective in promoting our products.
  • Track and Achieve Sales Goals: Set, pursue, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives, using data and analytics to inform and optimize your strategy.
  • Develop New Accounts and Distribute Products: Proactively identify opportunities for new account acquisitions, expanding the reach and awareness of Spring Break's portfolio.
  • Customer Service and Account Support: Handle inquiries related to deliveries, account credit, product information, and other customer service-related questions, providing prompt, reliable assistance.
  • Accounts Receivable Collection: Ensure timely and accurate collections in compliance with state regulations for accounts receivable.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Document account visits, sales, and other relevant activities, providing regular updates to management on account status, market feedback, and potential growth opportunities.

Competitive salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 annually.
