Front Desk Supervisor

NFC Amenity Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective communication with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
- Oversee employee schedules and inform the Area Director of any staffing needs.
- Monitor and review daily employee performance and provide necessary support or training.
- Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries.
- Facilitate contractor arrivals/departures and realtor/potential home buyer/renter visits.
- Advise and remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
- Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
- Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
Requirements:
- Experience in supervising others is a mandatory requirement.
- Prefer a year to a year and a half of prior management experience.
- Making eye contact and being welcoming is a must.
