Job Overview

NFC Amenity Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective communication with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
  • Oversee employee schedules and inform the Area Director of any staffing needs.
  • Monitor and review daily employee performance and provide necessary support or training.
  • Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries.
  • Facilitate contractor arrivals/departures and realtor/potential home buyer/renter visits.
  • Advise and remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
  • Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
  • Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supervising others is a mandatory requirement.
  • Prefer a year to a year and a half of prior management experience.
  • Making eye contact and being welcoming is a must.
