Job Summary

The CT Technologist will be responsible for operating computerized tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist and hold an ARRT certification in CT with Level 2 trauma center proficiency. They will work closely with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care and ensure accurate diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies
  • Prepare patients for scans by explaining procedures and positioning them correctly
  • Maintain accurate records of scan results and patient information
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in CT scanning

Requirements:

  • ARRT certification in CT with Level 2 trauma center proficiency
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
  • BLS certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
