Starting Pay: $17.50/hour.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in law enforcement or military service, or 2+ years of security experience with a criminal justice degree.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Able to stand/walk for extended periods and work outside in various environments.
  • Full-time shifts available for first and third shifts.

As a Security Officer (or Protection Specialist), you will play a crucial role in serving and safeguarding clients across various industries, including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, government, and more.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
  • Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around business premises and perimeters, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Qualifications:

  • For unarmed roles, be at least 18 years old; for armed roles, be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Meet all federal, state, and local laws regarding background investigations.
