Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Compunnel, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Problem-Solving and Compliance

Solve complex problems to remediate any processing errors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Decision-Making and Communication

Apply discretion in decision-making to maintain compliance and provide a high level of customer service, communicating effectively with local management teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Process Improvement and Documentation

Approach processes and systems with a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring accurate process documentation, including manuals and SOPs.

Payroll Reconciliation and Data Management

Complete and balance all required payroll reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness, maintaining data compliantly and securely.

Employee Support and Guidance

Provide timely, accurate, and professional guidance and support to employees, serving as a secondary processor for US and Canadian non-exempt payrolls.

Collaboration and Customer Service

Collaborate with management and other departments across the organization to deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Requirements
