Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our team at New Trend Foods Central Office. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dining establishment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Unload and Load the Dishwasher: Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and cookware are cleaned and sanitized before being put away in their designated areas.
  2. Maintain a Clean and Organized Dishroom: Keep the dish area clean and organized, and ensure that the wash cycle is always sanitary and operating at peak performance.
  3. Mop and Sanitize floors: Mop and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors, and dining room hallways at the end of each shift to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  4. Sanitize Work Area: Sanitize your work area throughout your shift to prevent cross-contamination.
  5. Set up and Break Down the Dishroom: Set up the dish room and dishwashing machine before your shift and properly break them down after every shift.
  6. Adhere to Food Safety and Hygiene Standards: Follow the most current rules regarding food safety and hygiene to ensure a clean and healthy environment for our guests.
