Compassionate Physical Therapist Wanted for Home Health Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to our clients in Hillsborough, New Jersey.
Job Description- As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will be responsible for making home visits to clients, assessing their physical needs, and developing personalized care plans to help them achieve their goals.
- Home Visits: Make regular home visits to assess client needs and provide physical therapy services.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans that address client goals and objectives.
- Client Education: Educate clients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote healthy living.
- Documentation: Accurately document all client interactions, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- A current NJ Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
