About the Role:

Job Summary:

As a Senior Software Engineer, Marketing, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing technology infrastructure to ensure seamless data flow, accurate attribution models, and enhanced ROI.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams to build and optimize marketing technology stacks, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive business outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Develop and maintain integrations between marketing and data platforms (e.g., Webflow, NodeJS, AWS, Tableau, Redshift, Postgres) to support data-driven decision-making.
  • SEO Strategy and Execution: Design and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, enhance rankings, and increase brand visibility.
  • Attribution Modeling: Implement tracking and attribution models that tie marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue outcomes, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Marketing Automation and Optimization: Automate marketing workflows, optimize for growth across acquisition channels, and ensure the accuracy of marketing data.

About You:

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with marketing technologies, including CDPs, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Webflow, React.js, NodeJS, AWS, Tableau, Redshift, and Postgres.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns, attribution models, and analytics, with the ability to analyze large datasets and present insights into user behavior, campaign performance, and customer journey mapping.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
