We are seeking a motivated and skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our cafe, you will be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries daily, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality using 100% real ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Baking all the fresh bread and pastries required by our cafe each day
  • Maintaining our high standards for flavor and quality, using 100% real ingredients
  • Performing stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
  • Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
  • Supporting your manager and team members
Requirements:
  • A passion for baking and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • A commitment to food safety and health safety
  • Able to meet goals with limited supervision
