Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals. As a key member of our veterinary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and communicating effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physical examinations, patient assessments, and recoveries
  • Administer procedural anesthesia and monitor patients
  • Administer IV fluids and calculate CRI calculations
  • Operate hands-free radiology and diagnostic imaging equipment
  • Communicate with clients and discharge patients
  • Assist with dental radiographs and cleanings
