Cashier Assistant

The GIANT Company is seeking a highly skilled Cashier to join our team in Norristown, USA. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every shopper leaves the store satisfied with their experience.

In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, answering questions and offering product recommendations to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves as needed, and participating in visual merchandising initiatives.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas.
• Restock shelves and participate in visual merchandising initiatives to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery or supermarket setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
