Job Purpose

We are seeking a Principal Domain Architect to design and oversee the implementation of complex systems that meet functional and non-functional requirements. As a key member of our team, you will develop system design policies, standards, and innovation processes specific to AI Ops and SRE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop AI Ops and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) strategies and architectures for implementing AI Ops and SRE practices within the data center and cloud domain.
  • Design cloud and on-premise architecture solutions that integrate AI technologies and SRE principles into the existing cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to provide technical guidance and ensure the successful implementation of AI Ops and SRE practices.
  • Implement AI-driven monitoring and analytics solutions in the cloud domain.
  • Establish incident response and resolution processes aligned with SRE practices within the cloud and on-premises domain.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization efforts within the cloud domain.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Containerization and orchestration skills, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) skills, including Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Monitoring and observability skills, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Splunk.
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) skills, including GitHub, GitLab CI/CD.
  • Configuration management skills, including Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Incident management skills, including ServiceNow, PagerDuty, VictorOps, or ServiceNow.
  • Scripting and programming language skills, including Python, Bash, or PowerShell, as well as Java, Go, or Ruby.
  • Database technologies skills, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
