Join our Healthcare Customer Service Specialist team.As a Healthcare Customer Service Specialist, you will:
Provide administrative and office support within a medical clinic, including reception duties, telephone communication, medical record management, charge entry, referrals, and retrieval of medical information from various internal and external systems.
Assist by effectively communicating and collaborating with both the healthcare team and patients/families to identify and address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
Qualifications:
In addition to bringing your authentic self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Previous work experience that showcases basic office and computer skills, including filing, telephone handling, reception duties, and a fundamental understanding of software applications such as Microsoft Word, Email, Excel, etc.
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Physical Requirements - Sedentary Work - prolonged periods of sitting and the ability to exert/lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally.
