Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves managing and coordinating all aspects of ticket sales and distribution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Fulfilling orders promptly and processing requests accurately using Archtics ticketing software
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues and ensure effective communication with ticket buyers
  • Serving as the main point of contact for ticket sales department inquiries, including refunds, exchanges, and general customer service issues
  • Ticket fulfillment and internal complimentary day-of-game ticket requests
  • Assisting with financial reconciliation and daily reports, monthly reports, and event settlements

What You Will Bring

To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in ticket operations, preferably with knowledge of Ticketmaster. A passion for sports, innovation, and excellent communication skills are essential. Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are also required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The ideal candidate should be based in one of the mentioned markets and willing to travel to other UFL team markets during the season.
