We are seeking an exceptional Abdominal Transplant Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Methodist Hospital Specialty and Transplant, a leading healthcare provider in Texas. As a key member of our transplant team, you will be responsible for coordinating the care of patients undergoing abdominal transplants, including kidney, liver, and pancreas transplants.

Job Summary
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the transplant process
  • Collaborate with the transplant team to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Collect and enter data into patient medical records, adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Document assessments, interventions, and follow-up actions accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Mandatory: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
  • Mandatory: Minimum 1 year RN experience
  • Mandatory: Valid Texas RN License and BLS certification
